Stef and I finally got around to putting her pasta maker to use. Over the weekend, we made pasta from scratch following some pretty straight forward instructions I found over at about.com. It was tedious and a little frustrating to say the least but I’m glad we did it. It was a healthy thing to do and I don’t mean that in tangible terms.
Industry people are bitching about how food activists are making them reduce food safety, to which we say if your meat needs to be doused with ammonia to make it safe to eat then maybe you have bigger problems than food activists.
